Chris R.

Chris R. has held various positions in the manufacturing industry since 2006. Chris began their career at Best Buy as a Senior Lead in 2006. In 2007, they moved to John Deere as a Refractory Maintenance. In 2011, they joined Schneider Electric as a Manufacturing Supervisor, where they were responsible for coordinating the day-to-day manufacturing activities of 3rd shift production workers to meet production schedules, volume, cost and quality metrics. In 2013, they moved to Ingersoll Rand as an Electrical Engineering Specialist. In 2018, they joined Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company as a Production Supervisor, where they were responsible for clearly communicating goal expectations (performance and safety), status, and gaps, as well as countermeasures by use of Visual and Daily Management for their work cell. In 2021, they began working at Natron Energy as a Production Manager.

Chris R. attended Hawkeye Community College from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Associate in Applied Science in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician.
