Chuck Dailey has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2022. In 2003, they served as an Aviation Structural Mechanic (Safety Equipment) in the US Navy. From 2007 to 2013, they worked at TrelleborgVibracoustic as an Injection Molding Operator. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Chemical Engineer-Intern at Cytec Solvay Group. From 2014 to 2020, they were a Production Engineer, Production Supervisor, and Assistant Production Manager at LG Chem. Since 2020, they have been a Part Leader (Production Manager) and Senior Engineer at LG Energy Solution. Since 2022, they have been a Production Development Manager at Natron Energy.

Chuck Dailey received their Diploma from Bangor High School in 2002 after completing General Studies from 1998-2002. Chuck then attended Lake Michigan College from 2009-2010 and transferred credits in Pre-Engineering. Chuck went on to attend Western Michigan University's College of Engineering and Applied Sciences from 2011-2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) with a focus in Chemical Engineering: Energy Management Option. In 2014, they obtained an ELA902 - SAChE Certificate Program: Runaway Reactions from the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. In 2015, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. In 2017-2018, Chuck attended Liberty University and earned an M.A. level (15 credits) in Christian Apologetics. In 2001, they obtained a Secret Clearance from the Army Central Clearance Facility.
