Ravendra R. has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they were a Team Member at AIESEC in India, where they were assigned to make sales reps. From 2017 to 2021, Ravendra worked at Innovative Coach Builders as a Design Intern, where they designed and modeled inner structures and sheet-metal layouts for passenger bus models using SolidWorks and Siemens NX, while considering GD&T standards. Ravendra also conducted DFMEA models with a cost reduction basis to improve production quality and implemented basics of DMAIC and Lean methods to reduce overall process time to increase production. In 2020, Ravendra was a Graduate Student Assistant at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. In 2021, they were a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern at AM Equipment, where they designed automation solution systems and components using Autodesk Inventor, conducted First Article inspections on components, and designed die sets with multiple fixture mount. Currently, Ravendra is a Mechanical Engineer at Natron Energy.

Ravendra R. holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Medi-Caps Institute of Technology & Management (RGPV).
