Bianca Beattie

Bianca Beattie is a Human Factors Specialist and UX Researcher at NATS since August 2018, with a comprehensive background in Air Traffic Control stemming from roles as an Air Traffic Assistant at GAL ANS and ATNS between 2000 and 2018. Bianca holds an MSc in Human Factors in Aviation from Coventry University, where significant research focused on decision-making processes in air traffic control. Additional training includes completion of various air traffic courses, including live ATCA training and specialized courses in Oceanic Flight Information and on-the-job training instructorship. Skills developed throughout Bianca's career encompass project management, human information processing, and crew resource management within both civil and military aviation environments.
