Emma Payn

Emma Payn has a diverse work experience in the legal field, starting as a Trainee Solicitor at Bond Dickinson LLP in 2005. Emma then worked as a Corporate Solicitor at Clark Holt Commercial Solicitors from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they joined NATS as a Legal Adviser and progressed to roles including Senior Legal Adviser, Head of Legal, and Head of Legal & Commercial Services. In addition to their roles at NATS, Emma also served as a Member of the Business & Legal Advisory Board at the University of Portsmouth. Emma later became the Company Secretary at FerroNATS in 2021.

Emma Payn completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the West of England in 2002. Prior to that, they attended New College, Swindon from 1997 to 1999. Emma also completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Exeter from 2003 to 2004.
