Katie Mayers

Katie Mayers has over 16 years of experience at NATS, holding multiple leadership roles including Head of Strategic Planning, Head of Architecture and Analysis, and Head of Enterprise Architecture and Requirements. Responsibilities encompass aligning organizational strategy and managing change portfolios to achieve company goals. In addition, Katie introduced Enterprise Architecture capabilities, employing various frameworks such as TOGAF and BPMN, and served as Design Authority for the pioneering Time Based Separation at Heathrow. Prior to NATS, Katie was elected as the YPG Student Body Ambassador for BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, enhancing collaboration with universities and improving opportunities for students. Katie holds a BSc Hons in Software Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland.
