Mark Allen

Mark Allen has extensive experience in project management and PMO roles, working in various companies such as NATS, University of Southampton, and Winchester School of Art. At NATS, Mark holds the position of Principal Centre of Excellence Manager and has been involved in overseeing the PMO teams, programme management, and tooling strategy. Prior to this, Mark has managed IT projects and programs at University of Southampton and Winchester School of Art, showcasing their expertise in IT management and strategy development.
