Susie Foley

Susie Foley has extensive expertise in safety performance and improvement, currently serving as Manager of Safety Performance and Improvement at NATS since 2008, where responsibilities include developing targeted safety programs and workshops, safety reporting, and promoting a strong safety culture. Prior to this role, Susie held the position of Manager Safety Performance and Investigations at NATS from 2004 to November 2006, focusing on safety improvement plans and overseeing a team of Air Traffic Control investigators. Susie Foley holds a Master's degree in Aviation with a concentration in Human Factors and Human Error from the University of Western Sydney, and a Bachelor's degree in Science (Aviation) from the University of Newcastle, with a focus on Human Factors, Psychology, Navigation, and Meteorology.
