Tanya Wells

Tanya Wells is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and executive support. Currently serving as the Business Manager for Operations Planning & Resource at NATS since July 2016, Tanya has held various leadership roles, including Head of Requirements and Planning for Operations Training and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Care After Combat as Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman and at The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity as Personal Assistant to the CEO, where effective diary management and communication were key responsibilities. Tanya's earlier career features roles such as PA/Office Manager at W & H Supplies, Deputy Editor for a university publication, and various reporting positions at local newspapers. Tanya holds a BA (Hons) degree from Solent University, with a focus on journalism and media studies.
