Albert Stroh

Albert Stroh has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Albert started their career as an IT Consultant at Caprel Computer Service, providing client support for various types of businesses including Fortune 100 companies and Chicago sports teams.

Albert then worked as an IT Supervisor at KBR, where they supervised and maintained multiple sites in Iraq, successfully deploying and managing a wireless network spanning 15 square miles.

Albert then joined DynCorp International as an IT Systems Administrator/Network Specialist, providing remote and on-site support to over 700 users across multiple sites in Iraq. Albert was responsible for VSAT deployment, network installation and troubleshooting, desktop support, and HP printer maintenance. Later, they became the Deputy IT Manager at DynCorp International, focusing on maintaining staffing levels and rapid deployment of network infrastructure to support over 100 users per site.

After that, Albert worked as a Network Administrator at Golden Tech - IT Solutions, specializing in healthcare support and providing tier 2/3 support to various clients. Albert also designed and implemented custom solutions based on client requirements.

Albert then joined Mepco Finance Corp as a Network Engineer, where they were responsible for network infrastructure management.

Most recently, Albert worked at NLMK USA as a Network Infrastructure Engineer, before joining Natterbox Limited as a Senior Solutions Delivery Engineer. In their role at Natterbox, they guide and advises customers and partners through the implementation and deployment of the Natterbox telephony platform into Salesforce. Albert also educates clients about the benefits of Natterbox and ensures the implementation of phone systems that enhance the customer experience and capture important metrics for management.

Albert Stroh attended Champlain College starting in 2012. Albert pursued a field of study in Computer Forensics & Digital Investigation, although the specific degree obtained is unknown at this time. Albert has not indicated an end year for their education at Champlain College.
