Jamie Cooper has a diverse work experience in the technology sector. They began their career at ProvenWorks, where they held the positions of Technical Evangelist and later Product Strategy & Technical Manager. In 2014, Jamie joined NewVoiceMedia as a Professional Services team member before transitioning to the role of Director of Services. After that, Jamie worked at Vonage as an RVP International Customer Success. Following their time at Vonage, they joined BlueOptima as the Global VP/Head of Customer Success & Delivery. Currently, Jamie Cooper is working at Natterbox, where they have held various positions, including Global Director Sales Engineering, Vice President of Global Solutions & Delivery, and Chief Product Officer.
