Lisa Farrier

Lisa Farrier has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lisa started their career as a Customer Support Consultant/Junior Programmer at Newtons Computer Services/ROCS Computer Services in 1995, where they worked their way up to running the Customer Support department while learning programming. Lisa then joined XKO Software in 1999 as a Technical Consultant, progressing to become an E-Commerce Technical Consultant and also assisting the support staff with E-Commerce problems.

In 2002, Lisa moved to Gift Fundraising as a Client Data and Scheduling Manager, responsible for campaign setup and managing donor databases. Lisa later took on the role of Statistics and IT Manager, overseeing the data entry and processing of donor forms.

Lisa joined HOME Fundraising Ltd in 2012 as the Head of Information, responsible for the company's IT strategy development and implementation. Lisa also acted as the Director of Information, involved in all aspects of running the business and decisions. In 2017, Lisa transitioned to the role of Senior Manager and later Director of Information, playing a pivotal role in steering the company through changes.

Most recently, Lisa has been working at Natterbox Limited since 2019 as a Compliance and Information Security Officer.

Lisa Farrier attended Raynes Park High School from 1990 to 1995, but did not obtain a degree or study a specific field during this time. In terms of certifications, Lisa obtained the following: TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques from The Skills Network in June 2021, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer - Information Security Certification from IBITGQ in April 2012, OCR Level 4 NVQ Management from OCR in June 2008, OCR Level 3 NVQ Customer Service from OCR in June 1999, and HNC Computer Studies from Kingston College in June 1998. Lisa also has several certifications from LinkedIn, including CISM Cert Prep: 1 Information Security Governance and CISM Cert Prep: 2 Information Risk Management obtained in November 2021, CISM Cert Prep: The Basics obtained in May 2021, Data Strategy and Learning Data Governance obtained in October 2022, and Getting Started with PCI Compliance obtained in March 2023. Additionally, Lisa obtained the certification "Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners" from LinkedIn in July 2023.
