Ryan Hayes

Ryan Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ryan is currently working as an FP&A Accountant at Natterbox since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Financial Accountant at Natterbox from May 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Natterbox, Ryan worked as a Group Assistant Accountant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from November 2019 to April 2021, where they were responsible for settling inter-company billings, completing monthly reporting packs, and producing global opportunities reports. Ryan also gained experience as an Accounts Assistant at ERM CVS from October 2018 to October 2019, where they handled accounts receivable and payable, prepared WIP and DSO reports, and trained new staff members. Additionally, Ryan worked as a Business Development Executive at Penta Consulting from July 2017 to September 2018, where they serviced banking clients and tech company accounts and developed new business opportunities with global companies. Prior to that, they held various roles in different companies from May 2015 to July 2017.

Ryan Hayes attended St Joseph's College, Upper Norwood from 2004 to 2009. Ryan then pursued a National Diploma in Business at Croydon College between 2010 and 2012. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2016, Ryan completed their BA (Hons) in Business Management and Marketing at London Metropolitan University.
