Zaheer R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Zaheer began their career at Geek Squad as a Geek Squad Agent, where they provided face-to-face technical support to customers. Zaheer excelled in this role, achieving the highest monthly service sales figures in the region for over a year. After this, they joined Veritas Hearing as a Communications Manager, where they worked for two years.

In 2018, Zaheer joined Utility Warehouse as a 1st line Technical Support Advisor, providing support for various devices and serving as a mentor for new trainees. Zaheer was later promoted to a 2nd line Technical Operations Analyst, where they remotely supported home phone, broadband, email, and mobile customers.

In 2019, Zaheer joined Natterbox as a Junior QA Engineer, responsible for managing bug tickets, conducting various testing types, deploying updates, and using various tools such as Jira Cloud, Bitbucket, and Bamboo. Their most recent role at Natterbox was as a 1st Line Support Engineer, where they provided support for Salesforce-integrated Cloud Telephony VOIP services.

Zaheer R. attended Haberdashers' Aske's Hatcham College from 1998 to 2005 but does not have a specific degree or field of study from this institution.
