Karina Santos is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in compensation and benefits analysis, HR consulting, and project management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Natulab since July 2018, Karina previously held positions at Orizon as a compensation analyst and at AD'ORO S/A, where responsibilities included implementing and managing compensation and benefits projects across multiple locations.
