Eduardo Sá Freire

Eduardo Sá Freire is an experienced executive currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of Supply Chain at Natura &Co since March 2023. Additionally, Eduardo acts as a mentor for the REP educational project at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, which focuses on sustainable organizational development. As a member and angel investor with FEA Angels since November 2022, Eduardo brings extensive expertise from previous roles, including Senior Director at Mercado Livre Brasil and various senior positions at Ambev, where responsibilities encompassed marketplace and logistics operations, last-mile distribution, and transportation and warehousing. Eduardo holds multiple degrees and executive education certifications from prestigious institutions, including MIT, Stanford, and UC Berkeley, with an academic background in Production Engineering and MBAs in Business, Digital Transformation, and Finance.
