Lais Luz currently serves as the Integrated Commercial Planning Lead at Natura &Co since July 2023, having built extensive experience at Avon from May 2006. In various roles, Lais has led commercial planning, pricing, and revenue management efforts, focusing on campaign planning, product development, and marketing strategy for key beauty categories across multiple brands, including Avon Encanto and Skin So Soft. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Product Manager for the Avon Color brand and managing product launches in Personal Care, Hair Care, and other categories. Lais’s educational background includes a degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from BSP and a degree in Advertising and Communication from FAAP. Earlier roles include internships at Fulano.com and Avon, providing foundational skills in merchandising and campaign analysis.
