Luiz Felipe de Carvalho Moreira serves as the Supply Chain Director for Hispanic Latin America at Natura since January 2023, having previously held the position of Supply Chain Director for North Latin America at Natura &Co from August 2019 to January 2023. With extensive experience at Natura, Luiz Felipe led Geographic Expansion for Latin America and managed supply chain operations in Colombia, overseeing various functions including sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution. Prior roles include Industrial Manager responsible for maintenance and operational excellence for four plants and HR Manager focusing on global compensation and union relations. Earlier career experiences include Operations Manager at Brady Corporation and Manufacturing Coordinator at Pirelli Tyres. Luiz Felipe holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and an MBA in Operations Management from Fundação Vanzolini.
