Patricia Bobbato

Patricia Bobbato is currently the Diretora de Cultura, Desenvolvimento, DE&I e Bem-Estar at Natura, a position held since November 2024, focusing on cultural evolution and leadership engagement. Prior to this role, Patricia served as the Diretora de Pessoas, Comunicação Interna e Sustentabilidade at Grupo Tigre from June 2014 to December 2024, overseeing various organizational development subsystems and initiatives across multiple regions. Previous experience includes roles at Pernambucanas, C&A, Banco ibi, Sadia, and Volkswagen, where Patricia specialized in training, development, and talent management.
