Rayssa Barboza

Rayssa Barboza is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit recovery and collection policy analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Collection Policy Analyst at banQi since March 2022, Rayssa previously held the position of Credit Recovery Analyst II at Santander Brasil from September 2021 to March 2022 and worked at Itaú Unibanco from November 2015 to September 2021, where roles included Collection Policy Analyst and Intern. Earlier experience includes internships at Cohros - Soluções em Gestão de Pessoas e Organizações and at the Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade de Ribeirão Preto / USP, where a project was developed to enhance learning through an educational electronic game focused on accounting. Rayssa holds an MBA in Finance and Controlling and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics to Business from the Universidade de São Paulo, alongside completing high school at Colégio Objetivo Rio Claro.
