Currently serving as BRM Intralogistica at Natura since January 2024, Renato previously held positions such as IT Manager at International Meal Company and Digital Services Leader at Grupo Carrefour Brasil. Renato's expertise encompasses the management of IT service quality, the implementation of ITSM processes, and KPI creation, with a strong focus on e-commerce support and system sustainability. With a background that includes senior coordination roles at Natura and Resource IT Solutions, along with project leadership in SAP at Accenture Brasil, Renato possesses a solid foundation in information technology, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo.
