Isabella Montuori

Isabella Montuori is currently serving as the Global R&D Body and Toiletries Coordinator at Natura &Co, having joined in May 2023. Prior to this role, Isabella held the position of R&D Coordinator for Laundry Liquids and Dilutables at Unilever from August 2017 to May 2023, where key responsibilities included leading technical projects focused on innovation, ensuring environmental impact reduction, and managing budget for Home Care Latam. Earlier experience also includes a finance analyst role at Unilever, overseeing logistics costs and financial reporting, and an internship at Cosan, where Isabella gained skills in cash flow management and financial reporting. Isabella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia and is pursuing further education at Instituto Cervantes de São Paulo.
