Leticia A. Ayestaran

Leticia A. Ayestaran currently serves as the Head of Corporate Finance at Natura &Co, a position held since October 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing finance for the group's three brands: Natura, Avon, and The Body Shop. Prior to this role, Leticia was with Avon from November 2019 to August 2023, serving as FP&A Commercial Manager and Marketing Finance Manager. A significant tenure at The Walt Disney Company from October 2011 to November 2019 involved preparation, planning, and consolidation of the consumer products business in Mexico, including collaboration with sales teams on contracts and new opportunities. Leticia's career began at IBM as a Senior Financial Analyst and later included a role as a Business Analyst at Estudio Contable Ricardo Ottaviano. Leticia holds a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
