Lizandra Dellamea Padoin

Lizandra Dellamea Padoin is an experienced organizational transformation and process manager currently leading the organizational transformation team at Natura & Co since January 2021, focusing on enhancing efficiency, agility, and cost reduction across the Latin American group. Prior to this role, Lizandra spent over 13 years at Accenture, where various project management positions were held, including senior manager for solution architecture and overseeing significant transformation programs. Lizandra's earlier career included a position as a financial consultant at Brasil Telecom, alongside teaching roles in production, quality management, and human resources at several educational institutions. Lizandra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Production Engineering, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Administration and Finance at Fucape Business School.
