Marcelo Tozzi

Marcelo Tozzi is an experienced professional in risk analysis and credit management, currently serving as a Senior Credit Analyst at Natura &Co since May 2023. Prior to this role, Marcelo worked at BTG Pactual from December 2017 to May 2023, where responsibilities included risk analysis and ESG for credit and investments, alongside previous experience in credit back office operations, portfolio management, and rural credit. Marcelo's career began at CONAB as a Credit Market Analyst from January 2016 to December 2017 and included an internship at Vale in 2015. Marcelo holds an MBA in Management & Economics from FGV, a Master's in Economics from Universidade Federal do Pará, and a Bachelor's in Agricultural Engineering from Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia, with additional education in Health, Hygiene, and Safety Engineering from USP.
