Matheus Amarante has extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics, currently serving as Gerente de BI e Analytics at Natura &Co since December 2019, where responsibilities include monitoring KPIs for omnichannel efficiency and leading a decision-driven culture to boost operational performance. Previously, Matheus held roles at Pernambucanas, including Senior Commercial Planning Analyst and Coordinator of Growth, focusing on inventory planning and innovative growth strategies in retail. Matheus began the career in logistics with roles ranging from Administrative Assistant to Junior Logistics Analyst, and complemented this practical experience with a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV and a degree in Logistics from Anhanguera Educacional.
