Rogerio Magalhaes

ROGERIO MAGALHAES has extensive experience in logistics engineering and maintenance, currently serving as the Head of Logistics Engineering and Maintenance for Natura &Co Latin America since September 2014. In this role, ROGERIO oversees the standardization and applicability of engineering and maintenance processes across multiple distribution centers in Latin America, managing a significant financial portfolio and leading a team of 235 collaborators. ROGERIO previously held various roles at Natura, including Coordinator of Maintenance for Brazil's distribution centers and has foundational experience from Kraft Foods as a Technician in mechanics. ROGERIO holds an Executive MBA in Management of People and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Santo Amaro.
