Sandra has a background in Innovation and New-Product Development Management, with experience in companies like Natura, SGD Group, and Unilever. One of their key achievements includes redefining new product development processes and leading technology exchange initiatives across different countries. Sandra holds a degree in Engenharia Química from USP and has also completed a program at the University of Warwick Business School.
