Spencer Weaver

Spencer Weaver currently holds managerial positions at Natural Bridge Caverns, Inc., having progressed from Assistant Manager to Manager since July 2021. Prior to this, Spencer served as CEO of Busting Baby Products from September 2018 to January 2023 and held the role of State Director for Veterans' Employment & Training Services at the U.S. Department of Labor from May 2016 to February 2019. Additional experience includes safety and occupational health management at Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna Service Unit and safety specialist duties at Madigan Army Medical Center. Spencer began military career in the US Army as Supervisor Medical Laboratory and later excelled as Command Sergeant Major, advising on personnel and operational matters. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Clinical Practice Management from The George Washington University and a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health from Eastern Kentucky University, among other specialized military safety training courses.
