Joanna Miller

Joanna Miller has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Her most recent experience includes working as a Project Manager and Client Relations Specialist at Natural Fiber Welding since 2021, a Grant Data Specialist at Peoria Park District since 2021, a Human Resources Assistant at the University of Illinois College of Medicine since 2020, a Business Manager at Sweet Heather Anne since 2018, an Account Manager, Senior Living + Care at The Image Group of Toledo since 2017, a Member Consultant at Interra Credit Union since 2016, a Baker/Prep Cook at Goshen Brewing Company since 2015, and an Accounting Assistant and Ecological Stewardship Committee Intern and Student Assistant for Career Services at Goshen College since 2012. Her roles have included tasks such as tracking expenses, drafting narratives for mandated grant reporting, teaching the ELITE program to high school students, assisting job applicants in the application process, administering Civil Service exams, background checks, and employment verification/reference checks, inside sales for promotional products, embroidery, screen printing, and print materials, vendor management, rewriting Climate Action Plans, completing AASHE sustainability audits, chairing Tree Care Committees, planning and organizing events, assisting peers in writing and updating resumes and cover letters, and updating Wordpress websites.

Joanna Miller received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environmental Science from Goshen College in 2015. Joanna has also obtained five certifications from LinkedIn and HubSpot Academy, including Excel: Power Pivot for Beginners (August 2021), Excel: You Can Do This (April 2021), HubSpot Reporting (June 2021), HubSpot Sales Software (May 2021), and Service Hub Software (May 2021).
