Joe Wilson

Joe Wilson began their career in 2000 as a Manufacturing Engineer at Eagle Wings Industries. In this role, they performed motion and time studies on existing assembly lines in the welding assembly area, worked with design engineers on new assembly lines and weld fixturing, and assisted in the movement of the small stamping presses and welders to a new location. In 2004, Joe moved to Knapheide Manufacturing as a Fabrication Supervisor. In 2005, they began working at Eaton Corporation, first as a Manufacturing Supervisor, then as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Technical Services Manager. In 2021, Joe joined Natural Fiber Welding as Manager of Maintenance and Facilities Engineering.

Joe Wilson completed their Associate's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Richland Community College between 1994 and 1997. Joe then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which they completed in 1999.
