Kay Rogers

Kay Rogers has over 30 years of work experience, beginning with a role as a Correctional Officer at the Illinois Department of Corrections in 1991. Kay then moved on to become an Operations Supervisor at MGP Ingredients in 1998. In 2009, they were hired as an Operations Manager at Carus Corporation. In 2011, they were hired as a Manufacturing Technology Engineer at DuPont. In 2017, they were hired as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Process Engineer at FMC Corporation. Her current role is Director of Operations at Natural Fiber Welding, which they started in 2022.

Kay Rogers attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2005 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology/Technician.
