Sarah Hinckley is an experienced professional in the food industry with a strong background in operations and community engagement. Currently serving as the Assistant Plant Manager at Natural Food Works, LLC since November 2015, Sarah previously held the position of Production Supervisor at MM Local Foods, where a significant achievement included preserving 125 tons of organic Colorado produce in 2014. Sarah has also contributed to local food initiatives as a Local Food Specialist at LoCo Food Distribution and as the Cafe Manager/Documentarian at Common Good Cafe and Soup Kitchen. Earlier in Sarah's career, a role as a Capitol Reporter at Times Argus involved developing a network focused on Capitol City politics and community news. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Photojournalism from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
