Heidi Hayward

Heidi Hayward has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Heidi began their career at Kwal Paint in 2002, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager until 2007. Heidi was then promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources, which they held until 2009. In 2009, they joined The Comex Group as the Director of Human Resources. After two years, they moved to Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, where they initially served as the Director of Human Resources. In 2015, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and continues in that role.
