Sarah Bodak-Hiemenz

Sarah Bodak-Hiemenz, PHR has over 20 years of work experience. Sarah has held various HR and payroll roles in different companies.

Sarah started their career as a Payroll Manager at MACTEC in 1998, where they were responsible for payroll management.

Sarah then worked at Noodles & Company / Quizno's for 7 years, serving as the Benefits & Payroll Manager. In this role, they oversaw all payroll and benefit functions for the national chain.

Afterwards, Sarah joined Vail Resorts as a Benefits Manager in 2009, where they managed the company's benefits program.

In 2011, they worked for K3 Management Services as a Property Management Consultant.

Sarah then joined GolfTEC in 2013 as the Director of Human Resources and Payroll. In this role, they oversaw all HR programs, consulted with senior management on HR initiatives, and managed benefits, compensation, recruiting, performance management, and payroll.

Sarah'smost recent role was as the Director of Benefits and Payroll at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, starting in 2016.

Sarah Bodak-Hiemenz, PHR earned a BA in Accounting from Fort Lewis College in 1994. Sarah then pursued a MPS in Human Resources from the University of Denver, graduating in 2009. In addition, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2014.
