Meredith Fontana

Meredith Fontana, MS, currently serves as an Expedition Leader at Natural Habitat Adventures and as a Hiking Guide at Adventure Colorado Tours. Previous experience includes roles as a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga and a Software Development Student at Galvanize Inc. Earlier positions involved working as a Paleontologist at Paleo Solutions, Inc., focusing on mitigating impacts on paleontological resources, and conducting paleontological research at the Smithsonian Institution's Museum of Natural History. Additionally, Meredith held the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant in Biology at The George Washington University, designed educational content as a Math Interventionist for KIPP Houston Public Schools, and completed a Paleontology Internship with the National Park Service. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Biology from The George Washington University, specializing in Phylogenetic Systematics, Evolution, and Paleontology.
