Catherine Taylor

Catherine Taylor serves as the Chief People Officer at the Natural Hazards Commission Toka Tū Ake since August 2023 and has been a Director at Head Office Limited since July 2018, where focus lies on people, culture, and leadership assignments. With extensive experience in various interim and contract roles, notable positions include Interim Chief People Officer at MetService, Executive People and Culture Contractor at KPMG New Zealand, and Acting HR Director at the Ministry for Primary Industries. Catherine has also contributed as a Board Member for Te Omanga Hospice and has developed strategic people initiatives for numerous organizations, including Te Arawhiti and Creative New Zealand. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and a Bursary in Sciences from Columba College Dunedin.
