William Conran

William Conran is an experienced quantity surveying professional currently serving as the Manager of Quantity Surveying & Technical at the Natural Hazards Commission Toka Tū Ake since April 2018. Previous roles include Senior Quantity Surveyor and Technical Specialist at the same organization, as well as Quantity Surveyor Team Manager at Fletcher Construction, where leadership extended over a team of 30. William’s extensive experience encompasses significant contributions to the Christchurch rebuild program through various positions at Fletcher Building, alongside earlier work at BAM Contractors. Educational qualifications include a Master of Disaster Risk and Resilience from the University of Canterbury, a Diploma in Loss Adjusting from ANZIIF, a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from South East Technological University, and a qualification in plastering from Technological University Dublin.
