Position Overview: We are thrilled to open our doors to a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who is proficient in both Naturopathy and Acupuncture, to join our Oakville clinic. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth patient consultations to explore health concerns, medical history, and lifestyle, gaining a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s health needs.
• Develop customized treatment plans integrating naturopathic modalities such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, and lifestyle counseling, aimed at enhancing patient health and well-being.
• Perform detailed clinical assessments and diagnostic lab tests to monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Serve as a patient advocate and educator, offering guidance and support to encourage a proactive approach to wellness.
• Foster a collaborative treatment environment by working closely with other healthcare professionals within the clinic, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.
• Commit to continuous professional development, keeping pace with the latest research, trends, and advancements in naturopathic medicine.

Qualifications:

• A Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree from an accredited naturopathic medical school.
• Active licensure with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), adhering to all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering trust and rapport with patients.
• A profound dedication to patient-centered care, emphasizing holistic health and preventative measures.
• Previous clinical experience is beneficial, though motivated new graduates with robust educational backgrounds and a passion for integrative health are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and proven ability to retain patients through effective treatment and empathetic patient care.
