Yiu Tung Chan

Mr. Chan has served as a director of the Company since December 2015. Most recently, Mr. Chan was a Partner within the Tax and Business Advisory group of Grant Thornton China, heading the tax division in Guangzhou, PRC for three years. Prior to this, Mr. Chan served in several senior positions with both Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, also located in Guangzhou, PRC. He has extensive experience in advising companies operating in China, helping to navigate complicated tax and business compliance matters. Mr. Chan holds a bachelor degree in accounting from City University of Hong Kong and is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
