Leron Karlinsky

Leron Karlinsky's work experience includes various roles in recruitment and people management. Leron started their career as a Recruiter at Manpower Professional Israel in October 2011 and worked there until January 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant. Following this, they joined Natural Intelligence in March 2013 and held positions such as Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Manager, Director of Recruitment, Director of People Partner, and currently serves as the Senior Director of People Partner. In these roles, they played a crucial role in attracting high-caliber talent to the organization and implementing dynamic and innovative recruitment techniques.

Leron Karlinsky earned a B.A in Psychology & Sociology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
