Jill Simonds

Jill Simonds is an experienced professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Development Services at Natural Lands since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jill held the position of Associate VP of Development Strategy & Administration at RESULTS and RESULTS Educational Fund from July 2022 to January 2024, focusing on building a comprehensive development program to combat poverty. Jill’s extensive background includes serving as AVP of Stewardship & Strategy at Nemours, where philanthropic support was galvanised for children's healthcare. Earlier roles include Project Director at the Parent Information Center of Delaware, Inc., and VP of Product Development and Operations at PRINCIPAL TRUST COMPANY. Jill holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion and a degree in Human Resources, Business, and Psychology from the University of Delaware.
