Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Natural Lands, Tiffany previously worked as the President at Trema HR Consulting, LLC. Tiffany has a background in industrial/organizational psychology, holding a Master of Arts from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Throughout their career, Tiffany has been instrumental in implementing HR strategies, policies, and services to support company growth and create a high-performance culture.
