Lourdene Vane

Lourdene Vane has worked in the retail industry since 2000. Lourdene started as an Account Executive at Momentum in 2000 and then moved to Natural Life in 2006. At Natural Life, they held three different positions: Director of Wholesale, Director of Customer Voice and Experience, and Director of Sales Operations. In their role as Director of Customer Voice and Experience, they were responsible for leading the development of departmental culture and supporting ongoing improvement in the creation and evolution of the Retail Customer Experience department. As Director of Sales Operations, they were tasked with orchestrating the accurate and efficient execution and delivery of all major account orders while ensuring overall profitability.

Lourdene Vane's education history includes attending the Ursuline Academy from 1986 to 1988, Charlotte Country Day School from 1988 to 1990, Meredith College from 1990 to 1991, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a BCA in Theatre.
