Pauline Mulder

Pauline Mulder is an accomplished financial leader currently serving as CFO at Natuurmonumenten since March 2022 and as a member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee at Triple Jump BV since August 2016, overseeing assets under management of €669 million with 459,000 end clients. Previously, Mulder held the role of COO/Director of Finance and Operations at Oxfam Novib from July 2006 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing Human Resources, ICT, and financial operations, while also providing strategic financial advice to the organization’s leadership. With a robust background in financial management and resource mobilization, Mulder has held various significant positions including Development Cooperation Officer at the International Labour Organization and Institutional Funding Manager at Hivos. Mulder holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from The Hague University and an MSc in International Development Studies from Wageningen University & Research.
