Charles McGarraugh

Charles McGarraugh is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at Altis Partners (Jersey) Ltd since March 2020 and as Chairman and Co-Founder of OceanWell since January 2020. Previously, Charles held senior roles at Blockchain.com, including Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Institutional Markets, from October 2018 to September 2022. As CEO of Stratagem Technologies from September 2016 to October 2018, Charles showcased leadership in the tech sector. Prior tenure at Goldman Sachs spanned 16 years, where Charles advanced to Partner and held various key positions in Metals and European Mortgage Trading. Charles holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
