With over 35 years of work experience in recruitment, I have developed core competencies in new business development, candidate generation, and customer relationship management. I am passionate about finding and nurturing talent, and helping them achieve their career goals. I am also committed to working on green energy projects, and supporting the mission of Natural Power, an independent consultant and service provider in the renewable energy sector. As an Recruitment Business Partner at Natural Power, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across the organisation. I also manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job adverts, to conducting reference checks, to negotiating offers. I use CRM software to track and report on the recruitment activities and outcomes, and to maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers. I have successfully recruited and onboarded multiple candidates for different departments, such as finance, engineering, and project management. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, policies, and best practices.
