Natalie Mica

Natalie Mica is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Team Lead in Solar Analytics at Natural Power since November 2025. Prior to this role, Natalie held multiple positions at RINA from April 2022 to November 2025, including Head of Energy Yield, where leadership of a global team of solar PV and wind performance consultants was a key responsibility. Natalie's expertise encompasses pre-construction energy yield analysis, performance modeling of PV systems, and the development of analytical tools, alongside significant contributions to successful grant applications. Academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of St Andrews, complemented by research experience focused on solar cell technology and tutoring undergraduate physics courses.
