Tom Sklaschus

Tom Sklaschus is an experienced professional in the energy sector with a focus on battery energy storage systems (BESS) and renewable energy projects. Currently serving as the Energy Storage Technical Director at Natural Power, Tom leads consultancy services supporting developers and investors in the lifecycle of BESS projects. Previously, Tom held roles including Project Manager at Statkraft, overseeing multiple BESS projects, and Program Manager at Zenobē, where project oversight ranged from inception to execution. Tom's background also includes key engineering positions at SSE Renewables and Atkins, where contributions spanned design development for major wind farms and management of complex energy infrastructure projects. Educational credentials include an MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a Master’s in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Universitat de Girona.
