Chris Butler

Chris Butler is an experienced engineering and management professional with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently serving as Senior Regional Manager at Natural Resource Partners L.P. since January 2013, Chris previously held the role of Regional Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Engineer at Marshall Miller & Associates, and Director of Planning & Property at Fola Coal Co. (AMVEST Corp.). Chris began a career as Lead Engineer at GAI Consultants, Inc. from May 1995 to June 2002. Chris holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, completed in 1995 and 1993 respectively.
